Brittany O’Connor, MOT, OTR/L
Brittany O’Connor received a Bachelor of Science degree in zoology from the University of California Santa Barbara (UCSB) and her Master of Arts degree in occupational therapy from the University of Southern California (USC). During her time at USC, Brittany completed the introductory-level classes for the Sensory Integration program and following graduation participated in the Level 1 Training with the American Hippotherapy Association. She has worked with children with disabilities for over ten years, first volunteering at adaptive riding centers during and after her time at UCSB, and then as an occupational therapist, treating children at home, in clinic, and incorporating hippotherapy, before coming to the Autism Assessment Center. In her spare time, she enjoys birdwatching and reading.
