Timely and Accurate
Early diagnosis leads to better outcomes.
Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a developmental disability defined by persistent deficits in social communication and interaction, as well as repetitive patterns of behaviors. ASD can have a significant impact on growth, development, and general functioning. Signs of ASD first appear during early childhood and tend to last throughout a person’s life. Research shows that early diagnosis leads to better outcomes.
There are many neurodevelopmental disorders whose symptoms can look like those of ASD, such as Intellectual Disability, Language Disorder, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. Other disorders may also present with similar symptoms including behavioral, mood, and trauma-related disorders. This is why a comprehensive and accurate evaluation is important to ensure the correct diagnosis, recommendations, and referrals are completed in a timely manner.
Mission
Transforming the lives of children and families through a transdisciplinary, specialized, and integrated neurodevelopmental evaluation that provides accurate diagnoses, referrals, and resources.
Vision
To be the recognized leader in clinical practice, education, research, and advocacy in the field of neurodevelopmental disorders.
